Experience a unique kind of trick-or-treating! Inspired by the recent growth of Japan’s Halloween culture, ART or TREAT invites you to walk around Shiogama’s historical Motomachi neighborhood. Join and mingle with locals while wearing larger-than-life costumes inspired by Shiogama’s own painter Jun Sugimura and Showa-era comic magazine GARO alongside Van Gogh, Da Vinci, and more.
